All Sales Are Final

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. All sales are final. Because our products are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. No physical products will be shipped.

Refunds will not be granted due to a misunderstanding of the nature of the products sold or because a customer has changed their mind after purchase.

In rare circumstances, Families of Faith may approve a refund at its sole discretion. If a refund is approved, any payment processing fees that are not refunded to us by the payment processor may be deducted from the refund amount.
